Onboarding & Monthly
Access is what we call our monthly Web Presence Management offering. We bill on the 20th of each month for the upcoming month of service. Additional services can be added as part of your recurring monthly plan or billed separately for line-item services. Prices for additional services are below the Monthly Service Details section of this page. Payment is required before services are rendered. You may cancel your monthly service at any time.
You get a spot on our wp engine hosting account, with an extra layer of consultation and support from us. On this spot, we provide a managed WordPress website for your brand or business. See our Third-Party Services page for more information about the hosting and WordPress environment we will be using.
Upon request or as part of an established content plan, we will provide a single page or blog post with up to 400 words of copy (text) and two optimized images each month. Each blog post will be planned with your direction; then, we'll take care of the copyrighting and placing the associated media files you provide. You can customize your word count with our line-item pricing.
Monthly content credit can be exchanged for a full page or blog post of copy (text) editing without a word-count cap, limited to one page or blog post. Unused content credit does not roll over (accumulate) into the next month.
We provide media optimization for two images each month to accompany your blog posts, improving load times for posts and pages by reducing media file size. This method also ensures the most efficient file format and helps users find your images on search engines. Accepted media files are JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, and MP4. In addition, you can submit additional media files for optimization, publication, and distribution at line-item pricing.
We use UptimeRobot, a third party, to verify website uptime and ensure it's always available and online. We'll notify and consult with you to resolve the issue if we find any problems with downtime. You can see your uptime at any time on our Service Status page.
Your website(s) will be scanned each day for viruses, malware, and other security issues as part of our services. We also monitor your website for attacks. If anything significant arises, we will notify you, and we will consult with you on a path forward.
To ensure your investment is kept safe and that you never lose a transaction, real-time backups from BlogVault track each change to the website. If something happens that we can't fix, we can use these backups to get your website back up without losing data.
We provide regular updates for all of the software on your website, including the theme, our required plugins, and any third-party plugins that you have opted to use.
We provide use of our API keys and licensing for premium software that is a required part of our platform. Contact us for more details.
We provide one branded email from Rackspace as a standard of our services. An email that represents your brand provides a professional appearance and keeps your emails out of the spam box. You can add additional email accounts at our cost. Prices change, so check with us to verify current prices.
We provide monitoring of your social network pages, maps, and business listings. We'll look for user-suggested changes to your business's Name, Address, Phone Number, and Hours of Operation, then filter or make changes to ensure your NAP remains accurate.
