Managed Email Services

In keeping with your brand, we provide one free branded email with your managed services. You can add email accounts at our cost, which is listed on our pricing page. Your email will be hosted on our account with Rackspace where we will manage all the administrative tasks, including managing PTR, DMARC, DKIM and SPF records for your domain for added security and keeping your outbound emails out of the spam box. Your branded business email account is not suited for email marketing campaigns.

Each time a blog post is published, a newsletter will automatically be sent to your subscribers using the MailPoet sending service. We configure the client's domain DNS records to accommodate this functionality so subscribers know the email came from your website. Newsletters help keep consumers and readers engaged with your brand, products, and services. You can cross-pollinate your mailing lists between your website and Campaigns Pro in your Client Dashboard.

Email campaigns must be produced through a dedicated service designed to send out high volumes of marketing emails. Campaigns Pro in your Client Dashboard is made just for this reason and is incorporated into your Client Dashboard CRM and Inbox Pro so that leads become subscribers and loyal customers. We will also accommodate other email marketing platforms. Clients may generate their own email campaigns or contact us to get a quote.
