Onboarding starts at $800 and no-contract Web Presence Management, a prerequisite for receiving our other services, starts at $75 per month. Our base package includes set up and management of your new WordPress website, website hosting on Godaddy's Managed WordPress Hosting, security by Sucuri, security scans and software updates With Godaddy Pro Sites, one branded email on Rackspace Cloud Office, map listing, online business listing and social media , and the licenses for our Software List. We also provide Google reCaptcha API keys, Google Maps API keys, and Facebook App Id for Open Graph requirements.

There are no contracts, so if you decide to go another direction, let us know, and we'll facilitate the migration to your new hosting account.

Content & Publishing

We use line-item pricing so you can create custom monthly services that fit your business's needs. You can make adjustments before invoices are generated on the 20th of each month, due within seven days for the following month of service that begins on the first day of each month.

  • Website and newsletter text content billing is $25 per every 100 words.
  • Social media and business listing posts are $12.50 for 280 characters.
  • Media optimization is $5.42 per file.

For media optimization or social media and business listing posts you are billed once, then we post that content to all social networks and applicable business listings.

Content Creation & Publishing


We offer our services because building an online presence for your business isn't easy. We want to share our knowledge of internet technologies with you, your employees, and representatives of your business so that you can see the road ahead. We include one hour of meeting time each billing cycle and does not accumulate month to month. Additional time will be billed at $35 per hour.

Investing in consultation time to train your staff can save you a considerable amount of money over the first year and beyond. Make existing expenditures on staffing more efficient by capitalizing on employee downtime to create new blog posts, optimize and upload images, and update product or service information.
